This one of a kind manual includes:
- Photos of all 33 Level 1 Powers Poses and descriptions of their placement.
- Images of each Power Pose in sequence for all level 1, Held and Balanced compound moves and combinations.
QR codes to a short video demonstrating all Level 1, Held and Balanced compound moves and combinations.
Information about the Level 1 - grips, planes, states, stations, placement, actions, transitions and supporting details that make up the Boho Blade sword system.
